Can I keep my phone with me during the conference?
Due to the sensitive nature of the meeting content, all electronic devices, including phones, Ipads, and Apple Watches, will need to be securely stored on Thursday, between 6:30 am EST - 1:30 pm EST.

When should I arrive and depart?
Please plan to arrive approximately at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, November 17 and depart after 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 18.

What is the suggested attire?
Business casual

Am I allowed to bring a guest to this event?
Due to program limitation, unfortunately, guests are not permitted at this program.
