Safety Precautions

PCNA places the health and safety of its guests first and foremost. We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of Georgia. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic, we will be taking extra steps this year to ensure your health & safety is a top priority for this year’s meeting and we ask that you assist us in facilitating these.

If you are vaccinated, masks are optional.

COVID Testing or Proof of Vaccination
We are requiring all attendees provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test within 72 hours of arrival (November 17th).

To maintain the safest environment possible, we have partnered with Fern HealthCheck, powered by ShareMy.Health. Below we have outlined the answers to a number of questions as we follow the Health and Safety Policy for the event.

How do I submit my proof of vaccination?
You will submit proof of vaccination using the ShareMy.Health account. If you have submitted your proof of vaccination, you do not need to take a covid rapid-antigen test.

When do I take the test?
Within 72 hours of arrival of November 17th.

What test can I take?
We accept any at-home FDA-authorized Rapid Antigen test purchase from any retailer. You can also upload test results, PCR or Rapid-Antigen, from any clinic or medical provider.

What do I do if I have tested positive for COVID-19?
Individuals with known or suspected COVID-19 should self-isolate and NOT travel.

What happens if I don’t take a test and I do not provide proof of vaccination?
All in person attendees are required to present a negative COVID-19 test result or submit proof of vaccination. If you choose not to take a test or provide a proof of vaccination, you will not be able to attend any portion of the event.

Who will have access to my test results and vaccination status?
For verification and validation only, the ShareMy.Health verification team, via encrypted tools, will be the only ones having access to any information uploaded into the platform. Only information the user uploads into the system will be reviewed. They will not have access to any other Personal Health Information or Medical Records.
